Floor plans are flexible, permitting open use of an entire floor, or we can subdivide spaces to suit your individual needs. We've paid particular attention to the needs of small businesses, with prebuilt spaces in the range of 250-650 sq. ft. and leases short as one year. Larger spaces range from 1,500 sq. ft. up to entire floors of 13,500 sq. ft., all with kitchenettes standard.
